Beginning Cable Class-Owl Coffee Cozy

In this class you will knit a coffee cozy with an owl motif formed by simple cables. You will learn how to make both right and left leaning cables with a cable needle. Or without if your feeling adventurous. After this class you'll be ready to tackle cable projects of all kinds with your new understanding of cable anatomy.

Natural Dye Workshop with Sincere Sheep

We are very excited to host Brooke Sinnes of Sincere Sheep for a hands-on exploration of natural dyeing. This 5-hour workshop will include a discussion and explanation of the mordant and dyeing process using both plant materials and extracts to create gorgeous, warm colors.

Brooke will provide students with 6 1-ounce skeins of Sincere Sheep Cormo Fingering yarn for dyeing…700 yards total to take home! She will also bring samples, books and resource materials for students to look through as well.

Cost for Class: $195

Materials Fee: $36 (To be paid to instructor day of workshop.)

Skills Required: None
