Short Rows and Shaping

Learn to use short row techniques to knit sweaters for the perfect fit. You will learn a variety of short row methods, as well as when to use them for neck and shoulder shaping in addition to bust adjustments. Short rows are also often used in shawls and socks; it’s a great technique to have in your repertoire for all types of knits!

Materials: Worsted weight yarn and US size 7 needles

Skills Required: Able to knit, purl, cast on, and bind off

Pre-Work: Knit a 10” wide swatch with 2” in length knit in stockinette and still on the needles
