Beginning Embroidery/Crewel

This workshop is a fun and relaxing way to learn beginning stitches for all levels. You will learn a decorative stitch, a filling stitch, and an outline stitch suitable for a wide range of projects. We will go over starting and ending a thread neatly, and create a sampler with instructions for future reference.

Skill Level: Beginner

Materials: Embroidery needle, a piece of linen fabric, a 28.8 yard skein of Silk and Ivory crewel wool in your choice of color (additional colors may be purchased as well) and a micron pen or mechanical pencil. An embroidery hoop is optional and may be purchased at the shop.
