Come learn the fun technique of Mosaic knitting. Essentially it’s color work one strand at a time. It renders amazing results by just making slip stitches. Learning the Mosaic technique will broaden your knitting horizons and add another skill to your stitch arsenal.
In this two-part class you will learn all of the skills to make the “Shoreline Lunch Cloth,” a dishcloth with a fun fish motif. You will learn how to notice mistakes and fix them in your Mosaic knitting. We will go over how to read the color chart, in addition to the fully written instructions. You will learn a new cast-on and bind-off that makes a reversible edge. This project makes a lovely gift set of dishcloths and is the perfect portable Summer project!
