Expand your finishing skills and range of projects. With a few simple sewing techniques for seaming, you can join knitted pieces together to complete sleeves, sweaters, hoods, pockets, and more! You will learn the mattress stitch (good for a wide range of seams) and the whip stitch (great for inset pockets or toys).

Skills Covered: Mattress stitch and whip stitch seaming
Materials and Pre-work: Please bring three completed swatches in stockinette stitch at least 3” x 3” big and 2 yards of yarn in the same weight as the swatches. You will also need a darning needle.
