Ursa Sweater - Part 2

The Ursa sweater will transition you into the fall season in style. A great layering piece for your wardrobe, it looks great on all body shapes and sizes! Layer it with a linen tunic or a comfortable cotton dress. Knit in bulky weight yarn it takes shape quickly. Bust darts are optional for shaping and you are sure to learn a few new skills with this beautiful pattern. There is a half brioche stitch that makes a flattering faux seam, and Heather, our resident brioche expert, will guide you through every step of the way. This a cropped sweater but you may add length to your desire.

In this four-part class you will learn the construction of a sweater from the top down with a V-style neckline. You will also learn the half brioche stitch, German short rows, picking up and knitting stitches, and you will have the option to use bust darts for shaping.
